K-Way delivery and payment information
Delivery
Your K-Way is delivered via our service provider Jennesco. This ensures that your delivery is 100% secure and that the quality of your K-Way will not be affected.
We deliver anywhere in the world at the following prices:
- Belgium: €7
- Luxembourg: €10
- The Netherlands: €10
- France: €15
- Corsica: €28
- Germany: €10
- Elsewhere in the world : €40
In certain exceptional circumstances, K-Way reserves the right to cancel the delivery. You will then be refunded.
Regarding specific territories (islands, French overseas departments and territories, outside of EU) additional shipping costs will be charged to he client after the order has been validated.
Allow between 48 and 72 hours for your delivery after your order has been finalised. When you order a product from our site, we ask that you provide a preferred time slot for your K-Way to be delivered. This allows our service provider to adapt to suit your requested time of delivery.
You will be informed when your order has been dispatched as well as the approximate date and time of delivery.

Payment
K-way.be offers two payment options - payment via bank transfer or through Ogone who accept Maestro, Visa and Bancontact cards.
The website K-way.be uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This ensures secure data transfer online. Your connection and your information are encrypted, so your information will not be seized.
Payment via bank transfer gives you the option to pay for your K-Way via a simple transfer. The payment information (bank account, IBAN, amount due and reference number) will be sent to you via e-mail. You can also find them under the “my orders“ page. When carrying out the bank transfer, please provide us with the reference number as we use this to identify and then approve your order.
When you have made your bank transfer, you have the option to let us know via a button found on the “my orders“ page. Please allow 3-4 days for us to receive the bank transfer and to verify your payment information.
When we have received your payment, we will inform you via e-mail. Your order will then be ready for dispatch.
Payment via debit or credit card is handled by our service provider Ogone. The payment is 100% secure and we guarantee that your credit card information will not be stored on our server. You can pay with a Visa, Bancontact or Maestro card. Choosing this payment option means that your order is instantly approved, as long as the payment is of course accepted by your bank.
